The station features an adult contemporary format and is under ownership of Cumulus Media. 103.9 WFAS-FM simulcasts on 106.3 WFAF-FM, located in Mount Kisco, New York, and covers most of the Mid-Hudson Valley, Northern Westchester and Putnam Counties, as well as much of western Connecticut. The station can also be heard throughout northeastern New Jersey and northern portions of New York City.
