In Norvegia, fra gli anni ‘80 e ‘90, un gruppo di ragazzi si riunisce negli umidi sotterranei dell’Helvete, un negozio di dischi di Oslo. Sono teenager, musicisti talentuosi e giovanissimi estremisti. Danno vita a un nuovo genere musicale, lo chiamano “true norwegian black metal”. Dicono di essere satanisti, di essere nazisti, di essere malvagi, di voler combattere la cristianità.
