Once upon a time………. … a long, long time ago (well, in August 2011 actually), a group of like-minded enthusiasts gathered in Haddington to discuss the possibility of creating a community radio station to serve the county of East Lothian here in Scotland. We acquired a small studio in the town, self-financed some very basic equipment and broadcasting commenced on the Internet on the 10th October 2011. And we called ourselves East Lothian FM. Since then we have been broadcasting 24/7 and our listening audience has grown to astonishing levels.
