WECB is Emerson College's student-run, underground, freeform radio station. Founded 63 years ago in the basement of an old dormitory with an army surplus AM transmitter, WECB now broadcasts live online from our website, channel 65 in the residence halls, and in the Max Mutchnick Campus Center.

The station offers its DJs creative freedom and hand-on experience in radio production, promotion, live event DJing, remote broadcasting, and web and graphic design. From blues to hip hop, top 40 to funk, WECB allows expression and creativity to anyone with an interest in radio.
