KQNY 91.9 FM

Plumas Community Radio (PCR) is a non-profit organization that operates KQNY. PCR is a California registered 501(c)3, tax-exempt organzation. PCR's purpose is to provide community and educational radio services to Plumas County. It achieves this goal through local musical programming, local DJs, public service announcements, informational programming, information announcments of local interest, and much more. KQNY is listener-supported community radio serving central Plumas County. KQNY is made possible by a dedicated group of volunteers who work tirelessly to create a sound to reflect the unique community of Quincy and greater Plumas County.
